My co-workers were skeptical of its utility, but now I cannot imagine working without my coatracks.com® Brisbane Coat Rack. For my money, it doesn't get any better than the Brisbane's six hooks, sturdy construction, and natural wood finish. It even attracts folks from the other end of the building, who have no other place to hang their coats. In conclusion, I am very happy with my purchase.

    For the winter I will use the coat rack as a place to hang coats where it is warm as my entry way is very cold.
    Well for me, I chose the natural finish as it matches the wood in my kitchen, and I could afford it.
    The place where three of the long hook screw in oppose one another as there is only room for one screw...it appears, as the other two just won't screw in as the first one is in the way of the other 2 inside the pole. This is not so great.

    Service and delivery comments:

    The delivery was prompt

    The coat rack (all the pieces) appeared to be in good condition.

    I have yet to call for service as I'm hoping my son in law can find a way to put in 2 of the hooks that wouldn't fit when originally putting it together.

            could not get one screw to completely go into leg to secure it properly. also, one hook screws in but not tightly so not sure if it won't fall out when coat is hung on it. looked for 1-800 number on instrution sheet but found none. it will do since it is in a house with only two people living in it.
