I usually don't leave reviews but felt compelled to do so on this purchase. Other reviews said it was miserable to assemble. I thought it was very easy. My husband started it by himself and I finishied it by myself. For the upper half, 2 people are necessary to help hold pieces in place while you screw them together. Did have trouble connecting the lid to the rest of it. Had to buy longer screws to keep the lid from falling off. Very beautiful color and looks just like the picture.

Assembly was very difficult,because many of the holes were drilled smaller than the dowels.Had to re-drill some of the holes myself,and the bench attachment was very weak.and I ended up replacing the screws ...Read complete review

    We use the product for sdisplay and storages of hats and pocketbooks.
    It is very well designed and was easy to put together. Looks impressive in our home office

    Service and delivery comments:

    Delivery was very good and timely. My only problem vas that the trim on the top piece was separated at the corner and the moulding was mot flush with the top piece.
    There are some markings on some of the pieces that look like some one stepped on the piece with "cleats:

      The finish is VERY dark, almost a dark cherry--the photos show a MUCH lighter stain that is not at all representative.
