A condensed version of our popular Richland Hall Trees, the Richland Mini Hall Tree - Espresso is perfect for mud rooms or smaller entryways. Constructed of solid wood, this hall tree features traditional bead board panels and a mirrored upper portion with window-pane style framework. You'll love the three double hooks for hanging coats, hats and scarves, and the seat lifts up for storing bulkier items. You could even slide your shoes right underneath the hall tree. For attractive, functional, and smaller-scaled storage, you've found your hall tree. Some assembly is required.

I looked for two months for a storage solution that would be attractive and functional in our VERY small front foyer. I was so excited when I found this mini hall tree! It has all the features I was looking for - lots of storage, somewhere to sit and put on shoes, and attractive, for a wonderful price. I was very happy with how it was packed and shipped - no major defects at all! I am a small woman and had no problem assembling it completely by myself. The instructions were clear and all of the pieces were well-labeled and all there! The only problem I had was for the ENTIRE piece, one pre-drilled hole was defective, but that is it. I also appreciated that they included an anchoring bracket for the back of it. Very happy indeed!
I only gave it four stars, because at the end of the day, this is NOT a superior product, it is made in China and it had very minor wood scratches (not noticeable), but for the money and ease of assembly and attractiveness, it's GREAT!

PROS:

• I purchased this item for a narrow spot near my front door and it fits perfect. The dimensions on the site are very close so you can rely on them to find a location.

• Instructions are clear and all of the parts were present.

• Packaged items were well packed.

CONS:

• The shipping box is light weight so damage may result during shipping.

• The styrofoam used is the cheapest/ worst kind and unpacking will result in a major mess.

• Build-wise some of the pre-drilled holes are either too short or too long or too wide.

• Some of the edges are not square resulting in a crooked build.

• Numerous nicks, scratched and dents (from the factory and not shipping) will result in multiple touch ups.

• Kool-Aid spilled on a counter is a more durable stain than the one applied.

Over-all once the build is finished the items looks good. If you are staging a house or hallway for photos or clients than this item is perfect once it is assembled. For a medium or high use item (kids/ guests) it is not worth it.

      two hours to assemble . Had a few scratches due to
      the poor quality of the packaging. The packing
      material is very messy and sticks to the wood
      Thank goodness for shock vaccums.
